When it comes to developing a strategy for your screens in your stores there is no better place to start than with your customers. After all this is who we buy the screens for in the first place so the least we can do is consider what will be most helpful to them and your brand.

What we loved about working with 1861 Market is they came to us with a very clear picture of what they wanted and what their customer would look like.  The overall goal at 1861 Market was to destigmatize the plant and take the focus off the plant and onto health and wellness so that they can reach a much wider audience.  Their Chief Marketing Officer was very clear that they aimed to make their product more accessible to the average father and Mother, the local pastor, teacher, etc. And so they came up with the idea of designing their screens around Moods and feelings with the use of brighter colors in order to widen their reach.

Restore, PM, Relax, Create and Uplift are among the mood categories that you will see when walking around their dispensary. In fact there are 2 TVs dedicated to each mood as well as a separate tv dedicated to just Flower that breaks up the plant based on these moods.  The beautiful thing about this strategy is that it allows their customer to quickly filter out moods they definitely don’t want to experience which automatically makes their decision process easier resulting in faster checkout times.

When the project was all said and done the CMO of 1861 Market had this to say..

“The Divvy Digital platform is robust, offering new design capabilities and resilience from Internet failure using their proprietary software. The Divvy team is highly responsive with great answers to all of our questions.. We are pleased and can honestly say that of the three vendors we’ve tried we like their menu system best!”

“The most trusted Digital Signage Partner in the Cannabis Industry”

“Before entering a new industry we are very careful about making sure we have a product and service that meets a true need. What we found through talking directly with many Cannabis Owners is that being able to update their TV Menus instantly without too much headache is what they truly wanted and so this is what we made sure to deliver upon and more. “
